I'm Lucy Knox, a Texas real estate broker and the owner of FloraVista Realty here in Arlington. I've been licensed since 2006, and in 2026 Real Producers named me a Top 25 Real Estate Producer.
I love working with young families and first-time buyers. Buying your first home is a big step, and my job is to make it clear, calm and well-negotiated from our first conversation to closing day. I also help sellers price and market their homes well, and I bring the same care to move-up buyers, luxury buyers and sellers, and investors.
